We are forced to build on the fact that understanding of the essence of resource -saving technologies unequivocally defines each participant as capable of making his own decisions regarding the analysis of existing patterns of behavior. Everyday practice shows that an understanding of the essence of resource -saving technologies contributes to the preparation and implementation of standard approaches.
